West Kootenay Graphics & Web Design was started by my wife Beth Goulet in the spring of 2001 after she graduated with Honors from Selkirk Colleges : E-commerce Level one Certificate program.

I myself was fascinated with the new skills she had learned and soon decided to enroll in the program myself that fall, while Beth continued on in her own schooling with the E-commerce programs second level.
